Job Title: Technical Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team at PRS. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial building's technical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality services to our building's occupants.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of building systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical projects and initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a technical services management role, preferably in a commercial property setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of building services systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
