We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German Speaking Customer Service and Operations Assistant to join our global team in our Head Office in West London.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also assisting with operational tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone or email for UK and Europe, resolving queries and providing product advice as needed
  • Place orders and process repairs
  • Handle returns and liaise with suppliers
  • Liaise and support our sales representatives
  • Provide support for the operations manager
  • Conduct special operational projects as requested by your manager
  • Perform other operational and customer service-related duties as required
Requirements
  • Experience handling customers in a similar high-end retail/wholesale environment
  • Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • IT literate
  • Bilingual in German and English (written and spoken) a big plus
  • Technical or mechanical background and understanding is also a plus
