The Role of a Solutions Architect

Solutions Architects in our business play a critical role in helping prospective clients understand the benefits of modern, cloud-based customer experiences. Using your technical background as a foundation, you'll design and deliver engaging sales presentations and demos, respond to RFIs and RFPs, and scope integrations and custom flows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our sales team, product specialists, and delivery teams to own early customer conversations
  • Design and deliver modern sales presentations and demos
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs
  • Scope integrations, custom flows, and validate integrations
  • Meet with clients to explain what's possible and push the boundaries of our products
  • Help qualify new sales opportunities through detailed discovery meetings

Requirements

  • Strong experience in omnichannel, dialler, knowledge management, workforce optimisation, and conversational AI
