About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of an innovative Exams Officer Training Strategy at AQA. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and measuring training programs that empower Exams Officers, reduce failure rates, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Exams Officer Training Strategy that aligns with customer needs and is informed by data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate across departments to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of Exams Officers and reduce failure rates.
  • Lead the development of training materials and resources that are engaging, effective, and aligned with customer needs.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that training programs meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in training delivery, particularly in a regulatory environment.
  • Experience working with centres delivering general qualification exams series.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects.
