The Position

The Senior Treasury Analyst will leverage their expertise in finance and accounting to enhance all facets of the company's global Treasury Operations. This role encompasses daily cash management and various projects that support the strategic objectives of senior leadership. Key responsibilities include global cash forecasting and managing daily liquidity. Attention to detail and precision are essential qualities for success in this role.

Your Contributions

  • Conduct weekly analysis of receipts and disbursements.
  • Develop cash flow models and forecasts.
  • Evaluate and enhance all cash disbursement reporting.
  • Oversee, track, and authorize payments on a global scale.
  • Manage multiple international online banking systems.
  • Prepare and oversee letters of credit, performance, and bid bonds.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of global bank accounts.
  • Analyze banking fees for optimization.
  • Effectively assess complex and often conflicting information to arrive at clear, sound conclusions demonstrating good judgment.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of internal management reports and analyses.
  • Support various treasury-related initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in finance, with a focus on Corporate Treasury.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems, banking platforms, and analytical tools.
  • Adept at organizing complex data for clarity and understanding.
  • Skilled in gathering information and fostering cooperation from diverse internal and external stakeholders.
