We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Financial Manager to join a prestigious and globally recognized organization. This role offers a chance to engage with various sectors and play a pivotal role within the finance team. The Senior Financial Manager will be a key player in the senior management team, directly reporting to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the strategic financial planning of the organization.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and manage interim forecasts.
- Provide analytical support for M&A initiatives, including forecasting and the integration of new entities.
- Ensure accurate monthly internal reporting for relevant divisions, along with the analysis and documentation of financial figures.
- Assist commercial teams in evaluating large project proposals, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and forecasts.
- Lead and mentor the Finance Business Partner, ensuring timely completion of month-end activities and other tasks.
- Guarantee that all necessary financial approvals are obtained with precise information.
- Identify and implement process enhancements in financial operations, promoting best practices in financial management.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with substantial experience in financial management. Previous involvement in M&A activities and experience within a matrix organizational structure is highly regarded.
Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey financial concepts and their implications to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, plan strategically, and maintain productivity while meeting deadlines is crucial.
Experience in the MedTech, Healthcare, or SaaS sectors is preferred.
