The Role
The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company's worldwide Treasury Operations. This position will be responsible for utilizing accounting and financial analysis skills to manage daily cash management and ad hoc projects supporting senior management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly receipt and disbursement analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Cash flow modeling and forecasting to inform business decisions.
- Development and maintenance of cash disbursement reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordination and monitoring of payments worldwide to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Administration of multiple worldwide online banking platforms to ensure secure and compliant transactions.
- Preparation and monitoring of letters of credit, performance and bid bonds to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Maintenance of worldwide bank account database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Analysis of bank fees to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Accurate analysis of complex financial information to inform business decisions.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Production of internal management reporting and analyses to inform business decisions.
- Assistance with various other treasury-related projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 5-7 years of finance professional experience, including demonstrated experience in Corporate Treasury.
- Pro-active individual with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Expertise with Excel and strong proficiency with MS Office productivity tools.
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP & business intelligence application, banking platforms and other analytic tools.
- Able to organize complex financial data in an easily understood fashion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to solicit information and cooperation from internal and external sources.
