This is a leadership role that requires a high level of responsibility and a strong work ethic. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring that the cinema concession area runs smoothly and efficiently.

  1. Cash Handling and Reconciliation: You will be responsible for handling cash transactions and reconciling the till at the end of each shift.
  2. Food and Beverage Management: You will be responsible for managing the food and beverage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  3. Technology and Systems: You will be responsible for using technology, including IT systems and till operations, to manage the concession area.
  4. Cleaning and Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  5. Sales and Revenue Growth: You will be responsible for increasing sales and revenue through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  6. Standards and Compliance: You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Team Management: You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, including induction, training, and coaching.
  8. Key Holding and Deputising: You will be responsible for holding a key and deputising for the cinema management as needed.
  9. Customer Service: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
