Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Specialist to join our team at Ricoh. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional print services to our customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality prints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Print Service Delivery: Ensure the efficient delivery of print services to meet customer satisfaction and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Operational Problem-Solving: Quickly and efficiently resolve operational problems to ensure the most efficient service is provided.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage their expectations, and resolve immediate/simple operational problems to ensure the best levels of customer service are delivered.
  • Job Profile Delivery: Deliver the attached job profile, specific to site requirements, to meet business needs and client expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work carried out is of the highest quality, meeting customer confidentiality, customer deadlines, SLAs, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Compliance and Adherence: Follow and adhere to all Ricoh UK policies and procedures, including compliance with all Ricoh Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and guidelines.
  • Site Compliance: Ensure the site is compliant with the Ricoh Service Excellence methodology.
Requirements
  • Printing Experience: Printing experience using Ricoh production printers and HP wide format printers.
  • Software Knowledge: Good knowledge of Fiery and imposition software.
  • Finishing Equipment: Basic knowledge of Morgana finishing equipment, including PUR binding and booklet maker, etc. (training can be provided if needed).
  • Mail Merge Experience: Mail merge experience.
  • Stock Management: Stock management and inventory of marketing materials experience.
  • Print Procurement: Print procurement duties.
  • Software Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Adobe professional.
  • Administrative Tasks: Administrative tasks, including data collation on spreadsheets for month-end reporting.
