Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Specialist to join our team at Ricoh. As a Site Services Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient print service to our customers, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality print services to meet customer expectations and SLAs.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems quickly and efficiently to ensure the best levels of customer service are delivered.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and manage their perception and expectations.
  • Ensure all work carried out is to the highest quality, meeting customer confidentiality, deadlines, SLAs, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Follow and adhere to all Ricoh policies and procedures, including Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure the site is compliant with the Ricoh Service Excellence methodology.

Requirements

  • Printing experience using Ricoh production printers and HP wide format printers.
  • Good knowledge of Fiery and imposition software.
  • Basic knowledge of Morgana finishing equipment, including PUR binding and booklet maker, etc. (training can be provided if needed).
  • Mail merge experience.
  • Stock management and inventory of marketing materials experience.
  • Print procurement duties.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe professional.
  • Administrative tasks, including data collation on spreadsheets for month-end reporting.
