Key ResponsibilitiesAs an On-Site Technical Support Specialist, you will be integral to our customer service operations, delivering immediate technical support and solutions for desk-side incidents. Your role will involve:
- Providing on-site assistance for hardware and software issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize operational disruptions.
- Utilizing your technical acumen to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems directly at the customer’s location.
- Maintaining detailed records of all incidents and actions taken within our service management system.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and escalating critical issues as necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
- Managing customer expectations and perceptions effectively, ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
We seek a candidate with a strong technical background and exceptional customer service skills. Ideal qualifications include:
- Eligibility for SC Clearance, with a minimum of 5 years of residency in the UK.
- Proven experience in technical support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and Office applications.
- Experience in creating Knowledge Management articles.
