Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

As an On-Site Technical Support Specialist, you will be integral to our customer service operations, delivering immediate technical support and solutions for desk-side incidents. Your role will involve:

  • Providing on-site assistance for hardware and software issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Utilizing your technical acumen to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems directly at the customer’s location.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all incidents and actions taken within our service management system.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and escalating critical issues as necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Managing customer expectations and perceptions effectively, ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For

We seek a candidate with a strong technical background and exceptional customer service skills. Ideal qualifications include:

  • Eligibility for SC Clearance, with a minimum of 5 years of residency in the UK.
  • Proven experience in technical support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and Office applications.
  • Experience in creating Knowledge Management articles.
