We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at Square Peg Associates Ltd. As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product advice, and pricing and quotations to our valued customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer sales enquiries and respond to product, pricing, quotations, and delivery requests.
- Provide excellent and communicative customer service to all customers and suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Process sales orders and quotations, and input accurate information into our in-house CRM system.
- Liaise with internal departments and team members to assist in resolving queries.
- Liaise with external suppliers, 3rd party haulage companies, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- High level of customer service skills.
- Previous experience of producing quotes and sales orders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Superb communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain an outstanding telephone manner.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and work in a fast-paced job role.
