Key Responsibilities- Achieve daily cash collection objectives through effective communication with customers.
- Confirm customer payments and ensure accurate allocation of funds.
- Maintain a detailed accounts receivable ledger and record all relevant interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve any disputed invoices efficiently.
- Manage credit holds on shipments while adhering to established credit limits.
- Work closely with various internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the overall finance strategy and contribute to Lean initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Previous financial experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial data.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems; knowledge of Oracle is advantageous.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in French and Dutch/Flemish being a plus.
