About the RoleAs a Children's Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a 10-year-old boy with complex care needs. Your role will involve assisting him with daily living tasks, including personal care, moving and handling, and making clinical observations.
You will work closely with the child's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure that his needs are met and that he receives the best possible care.
Requirements- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
- Pet Friendly
- Gastrostomy Care
- Oral Suctioning
- Seizure Awareness
We have the following shifts available:
- Part Time Days
- 1 shift per week (Monday-Friday)
- Term Time only: 9:00am-3:00pm
- Additional Shifts Available
For this position, we are paying £13.00 per hour (Approx. £104 per 8-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £120 per 8-hour shift)
