About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapy Support Worker to join our inpatient rehabilitation team on a fixed-term contract or secondment basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining valuable experience within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Under the guidance of experienced physiotherapists, you will play a crucial role in delivering client-centered care and contributing to the recovery process. You will assist with therapeutic activities, contribute to assessments, and collaborate closely with occupational therapists and other multidisciplinary team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of registered physiotherapists.
  • Provide support during therapeutic exercises and activities.
  • Assist with patient assessments and contribute to treatment documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
