Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at BFV Service GmbH. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to our Supported Living services in Stroud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and appraise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
  • Manage and inspire the performance of staff to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Develop and implement person-centred service plans to meet the needs of our clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager/Service/Team Manager within Mental Health and/or Learning Disabilities
  • Knowledge of local authority procedures and safeguarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Driving license
