Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Care First UK Recruitment Solutions. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Conduct regular care plan evaluations and make changes as necessary
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, including GPs and other healthcare teams
  • Referrals to dietitians, OTs, mental health teams, and other health professionals
  • Support staff with care-related documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in the induction of new staff and contribute to staff meetings
  • Support the home on call when the manager is away

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care (NVQ 2 with significant experience considered)
  • Medication training and experience
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in care-related software
  • Supervisory skills and experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
