Safety and Environmental Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety, Health, and Environmental Manager to join our team at Vistry Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining oversight of ongoing compliance and performance levels, establishing frameworks, and driving engagement with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement effective safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety, health, and environmental procedures.
- Investigate and report on all incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and improve safety, health, and environmental performance.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent NVQ (level 6) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
