About the Programme

Daniel Thwaites is a leading hospitality business with a rich history and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Programme Overview

Over 18 months, you will rotate through various operational departments, gaining hands-on experience and developing your commercial knowledge and leadership skills. You will be mentored and coached by experienced professionals, and have the opportunity to relocate to different properties across the country.

Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and personable individuals who are passionate about developing their career and becoming future leaders. You will have recently graduated from university with a hospitality degree, although this is not essential. You will have proven experience of working in a hospitality environment, ideally to a supervisory level.
