As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of Paid Marketing Campaigns and Email Marketing, optimizing the customer journey across all booking points to ensure maximum conversion and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver the overall performance marketing plan
* Develop and manage paid marketing and email campaigns across various platforms to implement targeted marketing strategies
* Optimize the customer journey across paid, email, web, and remarketing to enhance booking conversions
* Utilize data as a tool across all platforms to reach new and existing customers, seeking out and maximizing opportunities
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
* Build relationships with property team members and stakeholders
* Create personalized email campaigns, utilizing our data segmentation system
* Complete A/B testing regularly to help decision making, strengthening campaign performance
* Develop automation campaigns to follow guest touch points across pre-arrival and post-stay communication
* Work closely with our agency to design and implement PPC and Social paid campaigns using search, display, and remarketing strategies, and keep within budgets and linked to business commercial needs
* Create website landing pages to support campaign objectives and improve conversion. Keep these up to date and aligned with the commercial calendar.
Requirements:
* Passion for marketing, ideally experience in digital
* Analytical but creative mind
* Experience in paid marketing would set you apart
* Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial but a retail background will also be considered
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, within a marketing team and agencies
* Knowledge and experience of working with both creative and marketing teams
* Strong technical ability, a creative flair for engaging content, organizational and teamwork skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and excellent presentation skills
