Product Quality Assurance Specialist

Shift Schedule:
Wednesday to Saturday
Compensation: £12.32 per hour
Role Overview:
As a key member of our receiving warehouse team, you will uphold the standards of product care and ensure the integrity of our processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough quality inspections of stock to confirm its suitability for sale and accurate documentation; reporting any discrepancies.
- Managing the processing of damaged, used, and defective items with a focus on recovery.
- Logging any fraudulent products in the system and escalating these cases to the fraud team for further investigation.
- Paying meticulous attention to the inspection and repacking of products.
- Communicating any issues related to product handling, packaging, and unresolved concerns to the site management.
- Performing audits to identify opportunities for process and product care improvements.
- Maintaining accurate departmental records and paperwork on a daily basis.

- Proficient in Google Suite applications.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to take on additional shifts.

Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:
In this capacity, you will:
- Represent the interests of the Product team, ensuring that delivered goods meet quality standards and align with approved samples.
- Communicate unresolved issues to the PQC Manager for guidance on necessary actions.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all product categories and communicate effectively with various departments.
