Job Overview
As an Audit Assistant Manager within our Royalty Audit service line, you will be responsible for a portfolio of audit clients, solving complex technical matters, and project managing client work. You will also oversee and develop your team to the highest standard, build and maintain strong working relationships with your team and clients, and take opportunities for wider department responsibilities through training and pitching new projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audits
- Solve complex technical matters for clients, providing expert advice and guidance
- Project manage client work, ensuring efficient and effective delivery
- Oversee and develop your team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service
- Take opportunities for wider department responsibilities, through training and pitching new projects
Requirements
- Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA)
- Experience in dealing with data and data analytics
- Project management experience
- Extensive experience of using audit software and Microsoft packages
