Vestas is a leading global company in renewable energy, specializing in the development, construction, installation, and maintenance of wind turbines worldwide. We are currently seeking several Warehouse Coordinators to join our team at a new spare-parts storage facility. If you possess experience in warehouse management and have a proactive and organized approach to work, this position may be a perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Receiving, processing, and organizing all incoming shipments, along with order picking, packing, and shipping
- Maintaining the accuracy of the SAP MRP Stock Control System
- Coordinating transport collections
- Preparing Dangerous Goods Notes for the transport of hazardous materials
- Creating Purchase Orders for office supplies and other materials
- Conducting periodic cycle counts, annual stocktaking, and waste management activities
- Valid certification for Reach and/or Counterbalance Forklift operation (Essential)
- Proficient in IT, including email, Word, and Excel (Essential)
- Previous experience with SAP is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided
- Familiarity with Dangerous Goods regulations (Desirable but not essential)
- Health & Safety qualifications, such as IOSH, etc. (Desirable but not essential)
