**The Role of Our Registered Nurse**
As a Registered Nurse at Hazlemere Lodge, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting service users in participating in activities and outings
* Providing personal care and support for residents with varying physical and emotional needs
* Preparing and serving meals in the suites
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment, working collaboratively with housekeeping staff
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience supporting adults in a care setting or community
* Good communication skills, patience, and flexibility
* An understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support
* Ability to work flexibly, including shift work and alternate weekends
