Job Description:

The Operational Development Team at DataCareers drives the understanding and resourcing of customer interactions across all customer-facing teams through data analysis and interpretation, whilst identifying and maximising service improvements through digital projects. This is achieved through technology or process review with a focus on user needs, organisational reputation, income generation, and cost avoidance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor key systems managed within the team.
  • Create, update, and review customer and staff-facing forms.
  • Monitor and review telephony call flows.
  • Update website and Intranet sites ensuring plain English is used and accessibility guidelines are followed.
  • Review outputs of front-facing technology to ensure it is kept current and in clear formats.
  • Participate in various technology development projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Providing excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent working knowledge of office products such as Word and Excel.
  • Must have at least maths and English at GCSE level.
