We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth by handling sales enquiries, managing customer relationships, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take sales enquiries and incoming calls to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
- Manage customer relationships and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Order stock and stationery as required to ensure smooth business operations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth of our company.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer:
- An annual salary of £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
- Parking on-site.
- An early finish on Fridays.
