About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Team of Care Professionals: You will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: You will conduct assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our residents.
  • Monitor and Maintain Safe Work Environments: You will monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
  • Deliver Clinical Guidance and Mentorship: You will provide clinical guidance to your care team, lead, motivate, and mentor them to ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the care home.
  • Promote Resident Independence and Dignity: You will promote our residents' independence, choice, and dignity by delivering the highest standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin and Commitment to NMC Codes of Conduct: You must hold a valid NMC pin and be committed to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
  • Natural Caring Approach: You will have a natural caring approach and a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
  • Effective Communication and Leadership Skills: You will be an effective communicator who can build strong and honest relationships with residents and their loved ones.
  • Passion for Coaching and Guiding: You will have a passion for coaching, guiding, and supporting your team, as well as providing formal and informal training to colleagues and other care professionals.
