About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sherwood Forest Residential and Nursing Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, monitoring residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, promoting resident-centered care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and inclusivity.

Requirements
