Job Overview

Join a progressive and innovative mid-sized investment firm within our Asset Management sector. We are on the lookout for a skilled Calypso Test Analyst to contribute to a major implementation initiative on a contractual basis.

Position Summary:

We seek a Calypso Test Analyst who possesses a strong enthusiasm for the financial sector and a meticulous approach to their work. In this position, you will play a crucial role in a large-scale implementation project, ensuring the integrity and dependability of our Calypso platform. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, create test strategies, and carry out test executions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test strategies, test scenarios, and testing scripts for the Calypso platform.
  • Work alongside business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and guarantee thorough test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and monitor defects and issues.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Engage in test automation projects.
  • Provide consistent updates on testing progress, challenges, and risks to the project manager.
  • Assist in the creation of testing reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Calypso.
  • Familiarity with financial services, ideally within asset management or investment banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
  • Basic knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
