The Senior Analyst for KYC Quality Assurance plays a vital role in the management of financial crime risks within a prominent financial institution.

This position is tasked with ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, performing comprehensive quality assessments, and overseeing the review and rectification processes in collaboration with various stakeholders.


Role Objective:

The responsibilities include evaluating customer documentation, executing quality assurance checks, and minimizing financial crime exposure.

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of customer due diligence in accordance with regulatory frameworks and experience in managing entities with diverse risk profiles.


Primary Duties:


  • Assess and verify information provided by the KYC Compliance Verification Analyst
  • Guarantee precision in internal databases and customer interactions
  • Record discrepancies and offer constructive feedback on documentation inconsistencies
  • Support training programs and improve KYC methodologies
  • Offer direction to team members and ensure compliance with established protocols
