Role Overview:
As a vital member of our merchandising team, you will collaborate with various high-street retailers, representing well-known brands. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fixture Setup and Compliance: Ensure that all merchandising standards and guidelines are adhered to, implementing planograms to maintain consistency.
- Product Arrangement: Organize and display products to maximize visibility and consumer appeal.
- Promotional Setup: Create engaging promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate offers and discounts.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with store personnel, particularly department and store managers, while providing timely feedback to our client account teams.
Qualifications:
- A passion for merchandising, retail, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, managing your own tasks within set timeframes.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of service.
- Comfort with manual handling and product movement.
- Willingness to accept deliveries of promotional materials for certain assignments.
- Proficiency in using technology for task management.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
