Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various channels, including email, social media, and web content.
  • Craft engaging copy for email marketing campaigns and develop a communications strategy across various channels.
  • Collaborate on improving the CRM system and develop dynamic, targeted content to raise awareness and develop new audiences.
  • Enhance online presence and drive organic traffic through effective SEO strategies, write SEO-optimised content, create keyword lists, and provide recommendations to the wider team.
  • Design, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns across all audience segments.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to support the team and contribute wherever needed to ensure the overall success of the marketing department.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a desire to work in the beauty/aesthetics sector.
  • Highly proficient in CRM (ideally Klaviyo and Active Campaign) with strong knowledge of workflows.
  • Previous experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, paid media management.
