About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel overnight, including carrying out night audits and duty management duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight
  • Carry out night audits and duty management duties
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure all guests receive the highest standards of service
  • Manage and motivate the night team to deliver excellent results

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a front office, reception or front of house position, or equivalent
  • People management experience
  • Quality and standards driven
  • Outstanding customer service skills
