Job Title: Digital Talent Agent

At SUMO Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Talent Agent to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for representing and managing a roster of talented individuals, securing brand partnerships and sponsorships, and developing strategies to grow their personal brands across social media and broadcast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent and manage a roster of talent, ensuring their day-to-day diaries, digital presence, endorsements, and brand collaborations are effectively managed.
  • Secure and negotiate brand partnerships and sponsorships that align with athletes' personal brands and career goals.
  • Develop and implement talent strategies to grow athletes' personal brands across social media and broadcast.
  • Oversee collaborations and content production with brands and other creators.
  • Confidently negotiate contracts and manage athlete appearances on digital platforms and events.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience within a talent agency.
  • An impressive network of industry contacts within both sport and the wider digital industry.
  • Proven experience in brand partnerships and negotiations.
