Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our leadership team at Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business goals and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that attracts and retains top talent in the industry.
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  3. Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  4. Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent, including managing our presence on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  5. Proactively source and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  6. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  7. Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for all roles.
  8. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  9. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition vendors.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the digital marketing or tech industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
  3. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
