Position Overview

The Volunteer Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing our community engagement initiatives. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering volunteer relationships and supporting community programs.

Salary: £30,727 (FTE)

Contract/Hours: Permanent, 22.5 hours per week. This role offers part-time flexibility, allowing for three working days per week.

Work Environment: This position operates in a hybrid model, combining both remote and office-based work.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing volunteer recruitment strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with volunteers and community partners.
  • Coordinating training and support for volunteers.
  • Monitoring and evaluating volunteer programs to ensure effectiveness.
