Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to teachers in a primary school setting, covering a range of classes from EYFS to YR6.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom support to teachers, including lesson planning and delivery
  • Assist with the management of a primary classroom, including behavior management and pupil welfare
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve educational goals
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching assistant qualifications, including HLTA status
  • Experience of working in a primary school setting, preferably with a range of age groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
