About the Role

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Renfrewshire Alcohol and Drugs Recovery Service. As a key member of our integrated Health and Social Care Team, you will work closely with service users, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, develop, and implement person-centred recovery plans for service users.
  • Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to a diverse client population.
  • Engage with service users in a therapeutic manner, promoting recovery and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Sound clinical knowledge and skills, including experience in addiction and mental health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
