Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse/Midwife to join our Neonatal Nursing team at The Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop care plans for patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and promoting patient-centered care.
  • Provide leadership and support to the nursing team, ensuring effective operation of the clinical area and taking charge on shift as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and promote a culture of inclusion and respect.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse, Registered Child's Nurse, or Registered Midwife qualification.
  • Experience in Neonatal Nursing, with Neonatal Nursing Qualified in Specialty.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
