Job Title: Graduate Health and Safety Advisor

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Health and Safety Advisor to join our team for the delivery of a major infrastructure project in the South Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the visiting Health and Safety Manager and site team to drive health and safety standards throughout the project.
  • Conduct regular client liaison and construction methodology reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and mitigate potential risks, and develop and implement effective risk assessments and method statements.
  • Ensure quality control and best practice are followed throughout the project.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records of health and safety performance.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a NEBOSH certificate or relevant construction degree to join a leading Tier 1 contractor group with a strong presence in the South Coast region.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a NEBOSH certificate or relevant construction degree.
  • High standards, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
