Position Overview:

As a Sales Support Associate at Bincom Global, you will play a vital role in assisting our sales team to enhance operational efficiency and foster positive customer experiences. This position is ideal for individuals who are meticulous, possess strong communication abilities, and are enthusiastic about developing their skills in a sales-driven environment.

This is an entry-level opportunity. After completing a comprehensive training program, successful candidates will be integrated into various project teams, where they will contribute to the planning, execution, and support of technology initiatives through hands-on experience.

This role is particularly suited for students seeking practical industry exposure, as well as recent graduates eager to embark on a career in technology.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in organizing and managing sales initiatives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
  • Support the development of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Maintain current knowledge of our product offerings and services.
  • Help create and maintain sales reports and documentation.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
  • Identify and understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Recommend and showcase products that align with customer requirements.

  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service standards.
