Job Opportunity: Trainee Estate Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Streatham. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will work towards becoming a Sales Negotiator and learn all aspects of the Estate Agency model through our industry-leading development and training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping clients find their dream home
  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Optimizing opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
