Job Title: Philanthropy Officer

We are seeking a skilled Philanthropy Officer to join our team at EASYWEBRECRUITMENT. As a key member of our Philanthropy and Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in securing new four and five-figure multi-year gifts from individuals.

About the Role

The Philanthropy Officer will support the Philanthropy Manager and Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships in implementing the mid-value giving strategy. This will involve day-to-day management, verbal and written presentation of donor funding proposals, prospect research, and account management of high-net-worth individual supporters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive mid-value giving strategy to secure new four and five-figure multi-year gifts from individuals.
  • Manage a pipeline of donors, prioritizing and organizing work to achieve defined strategic objectives.
  • Present ideas creatively and persuasively to donors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with the Philanthropy Manager and Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Utilize a supporter database or CRM to manage relationships and track progress.
About You

We are looking for an excellent communicator with a background in major donor, relationship fundraising, direct marketing, or a similar role working with high-net-worth individuals. You will have a high standard of administration skills, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
