About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trusts and Foundations Officer to join our team at Hireful. As a key member of our Philanthropy and Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with grant-making trusts and foundations, securing funding for our innovative projects and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive trusts and foundations fundraising strategy, identifying new opportunities and building long-term partnerships.
  • Research and write high-quality proposals, reports, and stewardship materials to secure funding and maintain relationships with trusts and foundations.
  • Work closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships and the Philanthropy and Partnerships Team to identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
  • Manage the trusts and foundations pipeline, prioritizing and organizing your work to meet deadlines and achieve fundraising targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in trusts and foundations fundraising, with a strong track record of securing funding for charitable projects and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and reports.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
