Air Ambulance Charity Fundraising Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Professional to join our team at Hireful. As a key member of our Philanthropy and Partnerships Team, you will play a vital role in securing funding for our life-saving air ambulance services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading air ambulance charity, making a real difference in the lives of people in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. As a Fundraising Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with grant-making trusts and foundations, securing funding for our critical care services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure grants and donations from trusts and foundations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including grant-making trusts and foundations, and other external partners.
- Research and identify new funding opportunities, and develop compelling proposals to secure funding.
- Manage the trusts and foundations pipeline, prioritizing and organizing your work to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy and Partnerships Team and other colleagues to develop and implement fundraising strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in writing bespoke proposals and securing funding from trusts and foundations.
- Strong administrative, planning, and prioritisation abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.
