We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charity Community Fundraiser to join our team at Hireful. As a key member of our Philanthropy and Partnerships team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with trusts and foundations to secure funding for our charitable activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive trusts and foundations fundraising strategy to meet our annual targets.
- Research and identify new trusts and foundations to approach, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Write high-quality proposals and reports to secure funding from trusts and foundations.
- Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to identify opportunities for funding and develop compelling projects to be funded.
- Contribute to the development of our philanthropy and partnerships strategy, and help to implement it across the organisation.
- Manage your own trusts and foundations pipeline, prioritising and organising your work to achieve deadlines across multiple tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in trusts and foundations fundraising, with a strong track record of securing funding.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to write high-quality proposals and reports.
- Strong administrative, planning, and prioritisation abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft office applications.
- Ability to work independently, with limited supervision, and as part of a team.
