At Adobe, we're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful digital experiences. We're looking for a talented leader to join our team as a Professional Services Sales Leader for our Experience Cloud Enterprise business in the UKI and the Middle East.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a world-class Professional Services sales organization and drive growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining Go-To-Market and customer engagement strategies to deliver high-impact professional services work for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing Professional Services Sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue results.
  • Engage with C-level and VP-level customers to build strategic partnerships and mutual success plans.
  • Build and maintain an inclusive culture that drives belonging and collective success across the geographically dispersed team.
  • Partner with Adobe team members to generate net new revenue opportunities from current and prospective customers.
  • Optimize day-to-day sales activities to drive revenue conversion and operational excellence.
