Civil Engineering CAD Technician

Join a prominent independent and employee-owned multi-disciplinary practice in the built environment as a Civil Engineering CAD Technician. This role offers a competitive salary range of £22,400 - £30,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing detailed drawings to facilitate residential and commercial planning submissions.
  • Creating drawings for s38, s104, and s278 applications.
  • Producing engineering base plans to assist in the comprehensive design of residential developments.
  • Engaging directly with clients as required.

Candidate Profile:
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and adeptness in drawing set-up.
  • Prior experience in civil engineering, particularly in road and drainage projects within the residential sector.
  • Proactive and self-driven.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to swiftly changing project demands.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within teams and take ownership of individual tasks.
  • Capable of maintaining professional client interactions.
