**Job Summary**

Nexus Multi Academy Trust is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve leading the development of our central support activities, including providing expert recruitment support to our schools and facilitating the temporary staff offer.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Provide expert recruitment support to our schools, including attraction, selection, onboarding, and booking processes
  • Contribute to the marketing and promotion of the trust as an employer of choice, including attending national events and managing external marketing partnerships
  • Manage social media channels to promote the trust's brand and values

**Requirements**

  • Experience working within a sales, recruitment, or education-based environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
