About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Meadow House, Swaffham. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal hygiene, general care, and social wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centred care
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
